This item works for me but not my friend. I have chronic back pain. i put one of these on my lower back so each end.touches my siatic nerves on each side. sometimes if Im in a lot of pain i put one on each side. They will ease the tightness and the pain. They work great for me. My friend has a different kind of back pain and they dont work for her. So i guess you wont know until you try them.

I have found these patches to be more effective than the lidocaine patches that are all the rage right now! The downside is they have a potent scent.. A strong, unpleasant scent that is just fine if you're not going anywhere other than to walk your dog!
