Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch 140 Patches - 2 Pack

I've been using these and their larger siblings for years. I have a bad spine and these patches usually take the pain away within minutes. If I had to report a “disappointment,” it would be that their relief does not last long enough and they do not stick very well in hot, sticky weather. A small price to pay! I would recommend them to anyone.

Car wreck on ice when I was 16, and lower back issues can sometimes be debilitating - almost as if my legs are trying to work independently from my hips. I can place a patch on my lower back, and the relief from pain and that disjointed feeling is almost instantaneous (within seconds I can walk normally and without pain). Also, I cut a packet of patches into bandaid-like strips, and use them across the base of my thumbs at night on occasion to relieve arthritis. They work perfectly for osteoarthritis when I need them, and now my sister-in-law uses them nightly on her hands for her rheumatoid arthritis. They prevent morning stiffness for her.

Necessary for caregiver lifting aches. Use them frequently and have used them on and off for years. Like that I could get large quantity but divided in smaller foil packets for freshness. If you have aspirin or menthol type reaction suggest text patch, but I don't and have never had issues.

Great smaller patches! I've used Salonpas for years and this is the first time I've ever seen them in the smaller size. They are perfect for elbows, knees, anywhere that a larger patch won't fit (and therefore won't stay stuck). These are great pain relievers for my arthritis and just plain sore muscles. And I feel much better about using them often than taking ibuprofen, which I reserve for very severe pain.

Provides very good, temporary, relief from minor muscle aches and inflammation. For me, works better than gels or lotions for localized conditions. Pad provides barrier between skin and clothing to avoid staining clothing. Like similar products, these will produce a rash like discoloration of the skin with prolonged use.

Used these on my shoulders for a few nights and they really did help, but I had to stop using them because they were ripping my skin off when I removed them in the morning. Probably even worse for men with hair on the skin where they need to apply them.

These pain relieving patches are extremely small, i have not found any pain relief with them. They will definitely last longer than using a swipe of Biofreeze as it is long lasting, but unfortunately i am still in a lit of pain after using them for days.
