whenever I have pain in the shoulder, neck, back I use this instead of Lidocaine patches. This one work much better than Lidocaine patches and less expensive. Lidocaine patches are not helping just so sticking and easily to come off. Don't waste your hard earn money on Lidocaine patches. I use this and it work much better.
