Ease and comfort in an easy to apply patch.
In the middle of the night, when shoulder aches and pains have kept me awake for hours, I finally turn to these wonderful patches--flexible, rich in soothing substances that ease muscle and joint pain in minutes, they sty where I put them, let me get to sleep and I awake in comfort. Now, why I wait until the pain is so bad, well, that's beyond me . . . so two things: don't wait until the pain is excruciating, and, be sure to take them off after 8 hours or so. By then they have done what they are going to do, thy come off easily, and it's best to let the skin breathe for the rest of the day. Keep a large supply handy.

SO EASY 😃
I did not like how pain rubs left an odor on my hands. This is SO MUCH easier. Each peel and stick pad gets warm and relieves pain. The scent is calming, and NO odor left on my hands.
