Wish that I would have know about this product when I first used my boat in salt water. Now I use it every time I clean my boat after salt water use.

Use this overtime I put my boat in salt water. No matter how salted up it is this cleans the salt off effortlessly.

My Whaler only goes in salt water. I do the 30 second rinse of the engine with the dial and continue to rinse with fresh water only for at least 5 more minutes . I then switch over to a nozzle via quick connect and blast the sides of the boat with the dial on. I then hit all the Negative light connections on the trailer along with the torsion bar that is not galvanized. When I get home I don't have any salt crystals to deal with and it makes the final wash down very easy. If you are going to use this product you should get the kit that gives you the mixer. It makes the job very simple and fast.

I have used this for many years in the engines of my last boat after a Salt-water run. with the new fishing boat, this stuff earned its money in the clean up time. spray it on wait a minute and hose it off, wipe the boat off and put the cover on, DONE. Just tried the other solution (Terminator) and found it took three times as much as i use with the Salt-Away.

A must have for running in salt water. I have used for 3 years now and i am extremely happy with the results.

Does a swell job of getting rid of salt water deposits.

The purchase on WM.com was the best price I could find for this product. 1/2 price of West Marine asking offer in my zip code. The product... I am pessimistic as it may just be a soap concentrate, but the claims are very compelling and I hope they are true. 30 second engine flush until you see foaming (I regularly flushed outboard engine with water for 20 minutes), quick rinses of boat and trailer... corrosion inhibition, faster washdown, leaves a no residue protective film... I hope it is everything they claim.

First time I used this product, so dont know if it works or not. The good is that it does not take as many ounces to do each motor as I thought so this gallon should last a long time.
