Mine did have the burner issue as mentioned in another review but they replaced it and this one seems like an updated model and works even better!

this product has 1800 w of power consumption , equally divided in between burners. however if one of the burners would have (for example ) 1200 w and other 600w that would bring more customers to this very attractive unit

In the last week, I boiled big pots of water for pasta (water boils in 9-10 min), sauteed seafood sauce in a large skillet, and so on. Burners warm up quick and I can fit two large cookware at the same time. Cleans the best with a little Vim and a soft sponge. Good for the price!

The image online had me thinking the elements were different than what they actually are. Since I am using this to stand in for my glass stove top as I await its replacement, I really was trying to avoid having the same type of surface. The On/Off knob at the back is already losing its lettering (rubbing off from use) and I've only had it a couple of weeks. The individual temperature control knobs move smoothly and are easy to read but the burners themselves seem to be on a power cycle so that they turn off and on instead of maintaining a constant heat.

Works great at first then the left burner loses power and doesnt stay on full blast. Takes forever to boil water, you have to put a lid on it to get it boiling well. At first it was perfect I had mine replaced under warranty and the same thing happened again. Stay away from this product unless you want a headache!

I have bought 2 of these in past and both of them stopped working after 4-5 months. So disappointing. Big left burner stops working after couple months. Same issue i had with previous one.

I bought this product for my mom. She was happy with it, no complaints. A week later it just stopped working. It wouldn't turn on anymore.

I purchased this as we are doing a kitchen reno and needed something to boil pasta and do the occasional frying. When I attempted to fry an egg the pan never got hot enough and it took 15 minutes to cook a scrambled egg. I wouldn't even attempt a fried egg. As well tried to boil water for pasta and it never got hot enough to get a rapid boil to cook it. Ended up putting the pot on our bbq to boil it instead. Would not recommend.
