I've been using these tablets for years and I would never go back to pedialyte or Gatorade. These chewable tablets are the best to quickly relieve symptoms of dehydration. Must drink water with them!

My favorite SaltStick FastChew flavor is Lemon Lime! I never get tired of it and it's always what I reach for in my cabinet before every run. FastChews are a lifesaver for me as a Florida runner and they are always an essential for any and every run.

I've tried all the Fast Chews flavors, and Pink Lemonade is hands-down my favorite. The taste is super refreshing. Just the right balance of sweet and tangy without being overpowering, especially during long runs. Love taking the FastChews with me on marathons. They are great for the second half of the race when it's harder to get in electrolytes. I normally carry a small pack of them and keep them in my pocket until mile 13 then take a few every 3 miles to the finish with my gels. They're great for keeping me on track with my fueling and hydration strategy.

I take the Salt Stick Lemon Lime fast chews with me in every run over 6 miles. I love the flavor and the sodium boost. 100 mg of sodium per serving replaces the salt i lose in my sweat in both summer and winter. This is critical for long runs and races.

I don't know what I'd do without the salt sticks chews. As a triathlete my of my races are in the summer months. Training in the summer is my absolute favorite but it's hot and I lose so much during training. These save every training block and every race. I know I can pop one in my mouth and I will be fine.
