y doc says i need salt, so i bought these, sometimes i forget to take, but when i do,the taste good and then i drink plenty of water.

I work and recreate outside in northern Arizona all summer, and have shared these tablets with others I've been with when they are starting to feel poorly. I call them my magic tablets because they revive a person dealing with effects of the heat so quickly. Always eat, hydrate, and find shade, but these gems are the ace in the hole when the other protocols aren't quite enough. Great product!!

The flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, especially during hotter runs when some sports nutrition products can feel too heavy. Love these little chewables! Perfect for hot and sweaty runs when water alone isn't enough. I hate the feeling of water sloshing around in my stomach, so adding these to my fuel routine has helped up my hydration. Ramping up my mileage and know these will come in handy to avoid cramping and muscle fatigue.

I learned about salt stick fast use after my first half marathon in 2019 and I've used them for every race since. Fast years have been a game changer for me as they help prevent stomach cramps, prevent leg, cramps, and replenish my electrolytes at the rate I need them to. Orange is my favorite as I find. I don't get sick of the flavor throughout the run, however, I do like other flavors as well, but can't continuously eat them like I do the orange. This is my tride and true to bring with me on all my ultra running adventures. It helps relieve muscle cramps and also isn't too harsh of a flavor when you're out there for a million hours trying to survive the race. If I could recommend anything, it'd be this product right here and this specific flavor!

Great taste, nice chewable consistency, tried this flavor out in the White Mountains on Saturday getting in my last course preview about 3 weeks out from race day!!

I tend to get craps on hikes if I haven't done so in a while. Now that winter is 'done', I can get out. To avoid getting cramps on my first hikes, I took these tabs right before leaving as well as some stretches. No issues. Don't know if it because of the tabs, placebo affect or what but no cramps.
