This is awesome stuff!!!! Taste great and quite effective. I take 2 before run and 2 during run (after 5 miles). Helps minimize cramping. Highly recommend!

I tend to get craps on hikes if I haven't done so in a while. Now that winter is 'done', I can get out. To avoid getting cramps on my first hikes, I took these tabs right before leaving as well as some stretches. No issues. Don't know if it because of the tabs, placebo affect or what but no cramps.
