As a former salt addict, the green salt and the white salt are exactly what my palate has been searching for. I'm on a forced low salt diet which affects the umami flavors of food.. These two pass the salt test impeccably. I wish I knew that these existed years ago. I will be a consumer for life as l'm very happy with this Saltwise Company. In this gift box, l also received a lovely canvas "Vitamin Sea" tote, as well as a gorgeous silver shaker. I absolutely love that the salts are in thick glass containers as well. Such a classy set. What a great Company. *cooking tip* Green is great for seasoning meats, chicken fish for cooking, and tge white the same, but also for every day sprinkling like on eggs, pasta, salad, cucumbers, sandwiches etc.

Saltwise, especially their white salt, has become a new staple in my seasoning cabinet. I take my vitamin and mineral intake pretty seriously and am always looking for ways I can cut down on my sodium and Saltwise has exceeded my expectations. I typically use the Saltwise white salt as an everyday table salt, but I also enjoy using the Saltwise green salt in different kinds of Asian inspired marinades and dishes. So happy I found this product, especially Saltwise's plant based white salt! It's made the transition to low sodium salt a lot more feasible for my taste and lifestyle.
