SaluSpa 7 Person 10 Jet Outdoor Inflatable Hot Tub

This hot tub is priced way below its value! So easy to set up. The hydro jets are everything. The lights are so cool. I put it in my garage and used it all winter. I also purchased a hose filter that helped tremendously when I first filled. It heats up pretty fast. I was worried this hot tub in the garage thing would be a disaster but it has been absolutely wonderful with no humidity issues. The hot tub is so fun to relax with friends and my neighbor said it has helped him so much with his knee pain. This is an extremely worthwhile purchase! Just buy it, set it up, and enjoy.

I have not set it up yet. But have verified that all the parts are there. I like that it has built in seating and cup holders and comes with a cover for the top. Also I'm sure I'll really like the colorjet LED lights. I wish it would have came with a ground cover though. Also would have been nice to get some chemical test strips along with some chemicals. The box arrived damaged towards the bottom but it doesn't look like anything was affected. However I don't know for sure as I'm waiting on a ground cover to arrive. I think once it's set up and if everything is working then I'll be happy. I included some pictures of the box so people can see what's included and what features it has. All of the hot tubs I looked at on the Walmart app and others apps the documentation sucked. Not sure why.. it's not really that hard for a company to take pictures of a side of a box and include it in the listing. But yet everyone on eBay, amazon and Walmart be struggling with that. So I did it for you. Rating 5 stars for now because it seems all the parts are there and I'm giving benefit of the doubt. But once I get it set up if something happens I'll update review accordingly.

3 years strong! I always keep the water quality good including alkalinity and hardness. No issues but the led replacment lights are hard to get they Seem to be out of stock a lot. The inflatable insert cover got 2 small leaks over the years but nothing major we use it a lot. We still use it a couple times a week. Still giving 5 stars hydrojet in an inflatable not that is awesome!!

The jet in one of the hydro jets doesn't work well. But the other 9 work amazing! I used the tub alone so I turned down the other jets to low and they are like a real tub without being a hard tub. Still waiting to see how this will impact my electric bill compared to the Hollywood but overall I love it! So relaxing!

So the first night we used it we loved it. Night two the thermometer failed and it displayed E05 I've contacted the SaluSpa people (because returning it and getting a new one would be a month long process since shipping is 3 weeks long). We will see if they actually send us a new pump.

The tub comes with a big warning label in the center of the tub. It came off during the first use and now we have adhesive clogging up our pump and giving us a E02 code. So, we're working on returning it or getting a replacement. Other than this issue it is an awesome purchase

We loved everything about this hottub and it worked great. Really, it was a perfect hottub except we got shocked early on and had an electrician come rewire given it was a new house. Fast forward 2.5 mos and it happened again. Electrician came back and determined it must be the heating element that was the issue. We contacted customer support and they said this was a known issue and asked if someone had gotten seriously hurt then proceeded to ask if we had connected it via an extension cord otherwise it should be fine. We had used an extension cord. We rectified this and connected to the main power source and are still getting shocked. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN!

I really didnt want to leave this review before resolving this with Bestway but it looks like I have no choice. I bought thia spa for my husband for Christmas. My son and I were setting it up on Christmas Eve to surprise him on Christmas day. When we went to inflate the "bladder" to the cover we heard a hissing noise and we could see where a small hole right where the "bladder" had been folded. It looks like it had gotten pinched while in transit. I have tried calling Bestway just to replace this one part and can't get through. I have also requested a call back through their website and have heard nothing. I tried to register the product for their warranty online and it will not work. It gets to a spot where it says register product and just sits there and does nothing. I really hate to take this whole spa apart and ship it back for such a small issue but the spa will not retain heat due to the hole and the inflatable cover not staying inflated. I have attached a picture of the hole in the cover.

Horrible experience from the start. Got sent a 32 ft swimming pool instead of the hot tub I ordered. I had to have that picked up and had to reorder the hot tub. So I had to wait even longer to receive it. Then when I finally receive it, I immediately set it up and right away noticed a leak coming from the bottom somewhere. Had to drain and take apart to try and find the leak. Contacted Bestway and had to file a warranty claim then wait two days for a response to be told they approved the claim but they do not have the liner in stock that they will email me when back in stock. I'm trying to just use what is here with the leak because I want to use it so bad and I just have to keep putting water in it but I still cant even do that because it won't heat up! I have had water in it and heater on for 4 full days and it's still only at 78 degrees! I am beyond frustrated! I went with this one because it had more jets than the others and looked to be better made and I need water therapy for my fibromyalgia. I guess I should've just went with a different brand. I do not recommend this hot tub!

bought this on January 10. it was delivered on January 19. too cold to set up. husband set it up over this past weekend and keeps giving error messages and wont heat. messaged customer service and they told my husband they would call him today. he takes off work to speak to them and now there system is down till February 5th.
