SaluSpa 77" x 26" Hollywood Spa AirJet Spa with LED Light

It might be obvious to some, but wasn't to me. You must have an available all weather 30 amp outlet to use this hot tub. For me, it's not worth hiring an electrician to put one in on the patio, so it's going back. However! the quality looks good, and I think others will be quite happy. Another tip is that there are several good set up videos on Youtube. The instructions that come with it are only pictographs, so watch the videos! It will be easy after that.

I bought this and was not sure what to expect! I could not be happier about this purchase. My husband and I love it so relaxing. Great quality price can’t beat it!!! Get one while you can won’t be sorry !! Came almost four days early perfect!!!!!

Before purchasing, I read all the recent reviews and decided that bestway was a decent product and had decent support. My concern was the size. Now that we have used it for one week, I realize that getting the 77" size was too big for just the two of us. We could easily have been happy with the 71" size. I was also worried that 26" would be too short but it turns out my six foot 235 lbs gets lost in this spa. For three or four people the 77 is probably perfect but for just the two of us the 71 would be better. Lastly, my wife really wanted the led light system that only came with this spa. After playing with it, we both prefer the dark. We also prefer not using the bubbler. I think of the spa as a soaking tub, we have it set at 100 degrees and after about ten or fifteen minutes we get too hot and get out, oh by the way, the ads say you can sit on the sides but I don't think they have enough support for my weight, I'm going to build a small bench seat that is right at tub height. Unpacking and set up was a snap, I placed it on a 1/2" foam anti fatigue mat and glad I did.

Initial thoughts on the fot tub….. it's NOT like the fancy one I owned, says it has 140 jets…. Calling them “Jets” is like calling biden “a spry young buck”. Having said that, it's like 140 toddlers are blowing bubbles in a giant plastic tub of hot chocolate, minus the chocolate. $500, well worth the money.

Overall love it! Great not having to maintain all year long. Good test to see if you want to invest in an actual full on hot tub. Feels great. one of the highest bubble jet numbers available. Looks kind of cheesy and cheap although quality is good. Wish it heated up a bit faster. LED lights are a huge disappointment and completely cheesy. They're just a strip you set around the bottom. They don't even attach. Already tried to reach customer care regarding submittal of warranty paperwork and could reach no one. Sure hope we don't have to reach them for something very important. I feel good about giving this as a gift however i am mildly disappointed.

We love the hot tub! It definitely takes some time to heat up as the booklet says. We first put it up in about 20 degree weather and it took right at three days to get up to 104. Changing the water at around 60 degrees it took about 12 hours to heat up fully. Definitely well worth the wait! The one downside we have found is turning the jets on, they are just air jets, which is fine, but it takes air from directly outside. So when it’s heated up to 104 and it’s even 70 outside, you can feel the air temp difference coming out of the get holes and the water temperature drops insanely fast due to this. You have around 20 minutes of jet time before it’s dropped down to 95 degrees. That sounds warm still, but it’s colder that body temperature and you can definitely tell. Had they made it where the air came from the internal heater in some way, it would totally change everything! The other issue would just be that the filter itself does not have any fantastic suction to it so the water is never 100% clean, we just use a small pool skimmer to keep any stray grass or something out! Overall still happy with the purchase!

overall we are pleased with the performance of the hot tub. The led lights work sporadically and the inflatable part od the cover developed a leak and maybe multiple leaks as one has been repaired but possible not properly. i would buy again.

It’s a nice looking spa. But this is second product I’ve ordered from this company and I must say the pumps are always malfunctioning. I give up Another $300 and some dollars down the drain ☹️. Also there’s no easy way to get ahold of them- on line or by phone

I am very upset I received this and it was so amazing.. I filled it up and the next morning I had to re add air every morning it looked like there was all the air being lost well must have had a hole somewhere :( I wasted a lot of money on water. The kids were very disappointed too.

I would love to be able to review this hot tub, but we have yet to be able to use it! When we went to set it all up, we realized that the GFCI on the pump was broken. The device turned on for a second, then never came on again. Emailed the company, and waited 5 days before hearing back, in which they said for us to call them. My husband called and the person told him to do different things, which did not work, so they said they would send it to the warranty department, waited another 5 days before someone got back to us. They sent us another pump, which took about a week to get here. Well, the new pump also doesn’t work! So my husband has been on hold waiting to talk to someone for the past 45 minutes! I wish I never bought this thing because now I have to try to get all of this crap back into the box to return it! I bought this hot tub at the beginning of January, it’s now the end of the month, and this is still not resolved!
