This tub is easy to setup, plugs into a grounded 120 volt outlet. I chose the 4 person tub that would handle two adults or 4 kid's comfortably. The small filters are cheap and can be thrown in a washing machine load to clean. I have had in the past a hard shell hot tubs that have cost $4-$6k that have heaters that ran on 220 volt electric. Expensive to install and some what expensive to run, with large costly filters and they were expensive to repair.

works great and easy to set up. only issues are cools down fast when you have bubblers on when its cold out. Has great power when they are on. cup holders are a bit far to reach for short people. Not an issue. Should include a chemical starter kit.

I've had the SaluSpa Santa Monica for a while now and I'm honestly really happy with it. Setup was straightforward, and once it was running, it's been easy to maintain. The water heats up consistently, and the air jets make it feel like a real spa experience, especially in the evenings. I was a little nervous about maintenance at first, but with regular filter rinsing and simple chlorine and pH checks, it's been very manageable. The size is perfect for 2-3 people, and even with guests, it holds up well. For the price point, it's a great value. It feels sturdy, the cover helps retain heat, and it's been a fun addition to our outdoor space. Definitely recommend if you want a spa experience without the cost of a built-in hot tub.

Once you get the pump attached don't think about moving because you have to empty the entire spa just to take the pump off. Check to make sure your pump and outlet works before filling. Connecting it to WiFi is slightly weird so I recommend troubleshooting on YouTube. Took awhile to heat up too. Floor of the spa could be softer. Decent value for the money.

Great little tub. I took off one star because the lid doesn't lock. I don't have children so not a problem for me. Also the lid straps don't tighten down enough. The directions are in pictures and the manual instructions are almost non existent. Other than that I think it's a great little tub! The double walls and the thick lid should make it energy efficient too. I'll figure out the app later as it has WiFi. It will nice to have a timer set.

Great product and good value. The assembly "instructions" are limited to a hand full of drawings that we found confusing. Simply identifying parts was challenging. Thanks to several very helpful YouTube videos, we completed the setup and the spa is working fine. Looking forward to sitting in 100 degree water during a Colorado snowfall.

Arrived fast and on time. Was packed very well and there were no signs of damage on the box and everything inside the box looked good and undisturbed. Unfortunately, the pump unit just wouldn't fire up no matter what we did. Had to return and have yet to purchase a replacement. My tip to anyone reading this...What I learned the next time I buy one of these, I will open the pump first to make sure it works before unpacking the entire box!

For th money its great . This is my 3rd spa. I keep buying them there great for th money could be able to run bubbles and heater together without it cooling off so quick

Ok when it works. It will randomly turn off and not tell you. Bought it in part for the app. The tub will disconnect from the app randomly. It takes a few days (2) to get to 100deg so basically its unusable because its always cold when you want to use it. Very frustrated to say the least. Used it two times since March (6 months) because its never hot enough.

I purchased this twice. The first time, the liner popped within one day. Returned it got a replacement. The second time, the pump failed within three days. I am returning this one and buying a different brand. DON'T BUY A SALUSPA. LOOK AT ANY OTHER BRAND. Their customer service is poor.
