This really helps the itchy psoriasis spots. Because it has beeswax its a little thicker than other ointments. i also have the matching shampoo and soap , which has calmed the sores and itching on my head. It definitely has made a difference.

One of the best products I've ever used. If you are trying to avoid steroidal medicine this is your best option. It soothes and hydrates instantly. I literally keep a jar with me at all times.

This salve has helped with itching problems. It hasn't completely stopped it, but it has calmed it some. It has some small lumps in the salve, but those lumps smooth out when rubbed on the skin. Thru some research, coal tar salicylic acid was recommended to help with itching. It worked as well as any of the OTC itch creams.

I decided to write a review after I use it for at least a week. What I can tell, its definitely reduced itchiness, but my problem is my sculp psoriasis. It was very hard to wash it out from hair. I would say, if you have a long hair, think twice. For skin application, worked well. Has no smell.
