Seller folded item rendering it useless
The seller, Virventures, packaged the item poorly. They clearly folded the item to fit it into the packaging, which means the cutout would not be able to stand on its own as intended. In addition, the box was poorly taped and arrived torn. The seller, Virventures, then contacted me twice in an attempt to first not return the item at all and then to ship it directly to them at my own expense. Fortunately, I was able to return it to a Walmart store near my home at no expense and received a full refund from Walmart.
