Nice and THICK. I put this down on an antique couch instead of paying for very expensive new cushions (the couch had three). This Foam Mattress is much more comfortable and keeps its shape much better than the individual old couch cushions. My old 55 lb dog prefers to sleep on the couch now instead of in her Orvis memory foam bed (which cost more than this folding mattress). I am very glad I paid a few more dollars for this 6-inch thick mattress instead of getting the 4-inch. Those two extra inches certainly make a big difference. Worth every penny in comfort.

I love this bed! it is exactly what I needed and the only one that was the correct size for my purpose. It was shipped quickly and inflated itself perfectly. I may have let it inflate four days instead of three because one cushion needed a little more time. This bed is wonderful to sleep on...so comfortable, springs right back. I wish there was some easy way to store another for when this one wears out.

I'm in the process of moving and do not yet have a proper bed so I got this. I wasn't happy with the way it was packaged and didn't understand why they couldn't just leave it as is and put it in a box big enough. I left it out for two days and none of the cushions rose at all and I felt ripped off. But then I watched a video on a woman fluffing a memory foam pillow. So I did the same thing to each of these cushions for about 4-days for 20-min or so. I punched them, sat on them, and stood/walked on them on each side. All the cushions rose to the maximum height except one on one side (but not that far off), see pictures I attached. I didn't take before pictures. This thing was so fluffy I could barely get it in and out of my car. It slept well and I didn't feel like I was sleeping on the floor at all. I do think it would be nice if it was a darker color, and had a handle built in. Either that or a bag with a handle that it fit in. Each cushion is lined seperately and the cover goes on top of the lining, which I washed and it did not shrink.

My SAMAY 6 Inch Tri Folding Foam Mattress practically exploded out of it's box. I didn't notice any bad smells as it started inflating itself, but I took it to the garage and laid it in the back of my station wagon for a few days. If there had been any bad smells, I could have driven the car on the freeway with the windows down to air it out. But there was never any need to ventilate the car. The mattress was comfortable when I put it on the floor and stretched out on it. I weight 204 lbs, but I did not sink too deeply into it during the 10 to 15 minutes I spent testing it as a mattress. When it is folded into a 3 segment block, it stands 17 inches high, because the weight of the two upper blocks presses the bottom one down. I am planning to build a futon chair or ottoman which uses it, so my guests (when the Pandemic ends) won't have to use it as a mattress on the floor. The cover is rather basic. I plan to sew a less boring cover, or wrap it with a sheet if it needs to be used before I finish the new cover.

Exactly the size i was looking for. Perfectly inflated out of the box. Used for in wall bunk beds.

Love it's softness and easy to clean cover. It takes 6-8 hours to inflate and the inside fabric sounds like crackling hay. It's soft and adequate for sleeping a night or two only. The photo is three hours after taking it out of wrap. Didn't find inflating info anywhere.

A bit pricey, wouldn't purchase again unless the price comes down. Medium-firm sleeper. Tri-fold allows it to become a low chair, but looks tacky in its white cover when used as such, so I recommend a sheet over it. But as far as a bed alternative, it's perfectly fine.

Not a twin, it maybe be the length of a twin but not the width. It's very narrow. It took about a week for all 3 sections to expand and even then 1 of the 3 did not expand fully. Over all not a good buy.

When I ordered this, I thought it was a twin. When we received it, it was vaccum sealed in a plastic bag...and a box. Took the bag out of the box, took the matress out of the bag and waited for it to get to full size. When I realized it was basically the size of 3 standard couch cushions, I called customer service only to be told the only way I could return it was if it was in its original box. There was absolutely no way I could put it back in that box. So I was out over 100 for something I could not use and still had to order another mattress. Not pleased with customer service at all.

Was disappointed in the size. I believed that it would have been the size of a twin and its not, the foam is squished and uneven (maybe due to shipping )there is a big gap between where you fold it. so when you lay on it you feel it. Leaving it unboxed for a while to see if the foam fluffs up
