Very tasty. Has essential vitamins and minerals that a man my age needs. An easy way to take them and a reminiscence of days gone by when fizzy's were the thing. Elderberry is a good thing to put in your body. I'm not sure why they cost as much, but I am glad I bought enough to hopefully get me through the pandemic.

I have been without congestion issues in my chest since I started these. I have horrible allergies which would eventually settle in my chest, prior to using this product.
