Elderberry syrups have long been used in healing. We especially love Sambucol for tadte and quality. We take it daily during cold and flue season or when our immune system is low, stress, etc. We take it more often daily when we are feeling sick. We recover better and faster. This year no colds or flue lasted more than 24 hrs and our symptoms were mild!

Best allergy relief hands down.
Sambuccol hands down is my go to for allergy attacks. it clears my face inside 15 minutes. i also read that Elderberry extract is great to combat the flue. you can bet i'm stocking up!
