After reading the ingredients I got this for my daughter and me. Elderberry is suppose to be a proven immune system builder.The taste of this solo is awful to say the least, you must mix it with a little water and then it's fine. I got a cold shortly after starting this and it was a mild one, which is rare for me. I was taking this with Swanson vitamin C complex and Yogi Immune tea. The three together are a winner!
