Sammys Naturals Raw Sunflower Seeds, Shelled Kernels (16oz - 1 lb)

These sunflower seeds are delicious and make a great snack. I like to grab a handful out of the bag or add them to a salad. They are healthy and vegan too.

I love sunflower seeds and I needed some on hand for a quick salad topper or for my bread baking toppings. These are so good. They tasted really fresh and are good to snack on just straight up. Another thing I do is lightly toast them on a pan and sprinkle them on my yogurt with a bit of honey.

My husband has had multiple surgeries and had no appetite . This supplemented what he could eat and helped him get well
