Item arrived on time, packaged well, instruction pamphlet was easy to follow, and all of the parts were included. The installation took me maybe 1/2 hour (my first time messing around with my toilet) and was very easy. Water stream is strong and steady which can be adjusted. I'm purchasing another one as a house warming gift!

HOLY COW-THIS THING IS AMAZING!! I had to have a plumber come in and run a hot water line closer to my toilet, but besides that, I would most definitely recommend this!!! For the price, THIS THING CANNOT BE BEAT!!! And just imagine, NEVER HAVING TO USE TOXIC TOILET PAPER EVER AGAIN!!!

Can't believe I waited so long to get this! So clean %26 saving a ton on toilet tissue. The cold water isn't bad, not worth the extra cost for a hot water bidet. Easy to use. I didn't try to install it myself, but it did come with good instructions.

I recently had waist surgery. I had my husband install this, and according to him was very easy. It has been godsend with my hand in a cast!!!! Very good product, well made, sturdy and not an eyesore. Of course he installed in our bedroom bath. Arrived on time and in great condition.

This item is a game changer. I have never installed or used a Bidet in my life. I am a 41 year old dad of 5 and I have never had an easier time installing this. I offered to purchase two for my parents for Christmas!!! This really does change the game. Respect to the makers of this product. I highly recommend this.

I was a little hesitant to order this bidet after reading reviews that complained about leaking. I also encountered leaking, but it was not really the fault of the product. The product included Teflon tape which made made for a water tight seal, but at the same time, made it difficult to adequately tighten the connections. You need to use an ACTUAL wrench, as opposed to the little plastic hand tool that was included (see picture). Once I tightened the connection, all the leaking stopped. I know...it's common sense. Anyway. love the bidet. I have a cleaner butt and use much less toilet paper.

Bought this on sale for $19.99 and figured for $20 it would be worth a try whether it worked or not. I'm pleasantly surprised at how effective it is for the price. It won't have heated water, a drying function, or even a remote, but what it lacks in features it makes up for in price and effectiveness. There are two settings, one for the butt and one for the front (ladies), and at first, the "butt blast" setting seemed a bit strong. But, if you turn the handle mechanism more slightly instead of all at once, you can control the pressure and flow a bit better. I've found the front option to work well for bottom cleaning too though, and it's a bit gentler. Installation was easy, with no difficulty following the built-in instructions. Very pleased so far a week in, just hope that it has longevity. Plan to get one for the other toilet soon. Give your butt the vacation it deserves and pick this up!

We got two of those for our house. We had them for 4 months already. They work really good and we are quite satisfied with the performance and easy of installation. No issues so far. Walmart provided the best deal for those. Shipping on time. You can install those in like 5-10 minutes. The color is nice and they fit the toilet seat.

Product is sleek and god in design! convenient to use! Installation took longer but in the end I am liking it so far! Hope this continue to work as ita doing now.
