Sam's Choice 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bar, 3.5 oz

I was acutally shocked at how good this chocolate is. I'm a bit of a chocolate snob and I swear, this is Lindt chocolate with a generic label and $1 cheaper. The chocolate is super smooth, has the perfect amount of sweetness for 85% dark chocolate. I already added 2 more bars to my cart for my next delivery.

Same exact quality cocoa as the name brands but less expensive. If you love fine quality cocoa then you'll love Sam's Choice.

I normally buy Lindt 85% Cocoa dark chocolate. I decided to give Sam's Choice Premium European 85% Cocoa dark chocolate a try. The reviews I read were very positive. The Sam's Choice is harder than Lindt and sharper tasting with a whangy after taste. I gave it 3 stars because it can't compete with Lindt or Ghirardelli. The ingredients aren't the same. That being said, it's far better than Hershey's Dark. It's good chocolate, not 5 stars, I won't buy it again, and if you buy it don't get TWO bars like I did. Facepalm.

I ended up at the location where I had ordered and checked in. However, no one brought my stuff even if someone called and asked if I was there and parked in spot 6. I said yes, that I was there. Finally, an associate came and checked on me because I had been there so long. She finally realized that somehow, my order had gone to another store. She called the other store and spoke to someone because it showed my order had just been picked up. The lady who was trying to help me (Melissa, I think) talked to this other lady and they were going to refund my money since they knew it wasn't me that picked up the order since I was with "Melissa" at a different location. They told me my money would be refunded and they would send me an email. I have NOT received an email and neither has the refund showed up in my online banking! I have tried several times to call both stores and no one will answer. I really need this order and want to reorder, but I'm not paying the fee again when I didn't even get my order the first time. I would appreciate a call from Walmart to discuss this matter. The reason I ordered online is because it is never in the stores anymore.

Strange ..much more bitter than expected.

Bar was broken in uneven pieces and pale brown.

Nothing wrong with the chocolate, but everything guestionable about the self checkout process! While checking out and scanning the chocolate the attendant shows up and said that I scanned the product twice, therefore causing a credit of the price of the chocolate!? I hope this is resolved and I don't have an officer show up at my house later! I am wearing a monthly heart moniter and it wil be interesting to see how my heart reacts to this!
