Sam's Choice Italia Enriched Spaghetti, 17.6 oz

for some reason the pasta was hard to bite into like if you undercooked pasta the next time I made it I waited an extra to minute for the time instructed on the pasta (like you are supposed to do with all pastas) and it still came out somewhat hard i do not know if i am doing something wrong or it is just this pasta

It is very thin, almost like angle hair. I was looking for something thicker, and just going by the picture, and the lack of description as "thin", I opted to try it. I'm disappointed.

This spaghetti is amazing compared to the others Walmart offers. I love De Cecco pasta, but it is hard to find around my place. Itiala is thicker than the standard noodles from Barilla. Cooks up perfect, and holds on to the sauce perfectly. I love pasta, and I like to find some that has that restaurant feel and taste. This is a good pasta. I hope Walmart keeps it around. The sauces Italia makes are great too.

I love this thicker bronze cut spaghetti. Ended up replacing linguine which was my favorite for years.

I have purchased several different varieties of Sam's Choice pastas. They are all exceptional and comparable to the quality of Lidia's pasta line.

This is an outstanding pasta! I made an Asian stir fry sauce from scratch and used this pasta which turned out perfectly with tons of flavor and great texture!
