Samson Go Mic Microphone Wired 47 dB Electret Condenser Clip-on USB

Got this for my 17yr old son for his recording his lyrics. The ap that u can download that goes with this mic is almost as good as having a mini studio. He records his songs & goes back & edits & puts in different beats & words without starting over. He is always in his room, garage, the family truck always making videos lol. & because the go mic is so compatible he can quickly go from 1 scene to the next & the quality is awesome for $40 I know there is a lot of folks wasting money on high dollar mics for no reason at all. I'm going to buy one 4 my nephew & my dad to & whoever else I can think of. GREAT GIFT! IM THE BEST MOM EVER NOW

Housing find a better sounding microphone for this price, used it to record various songs and I always get an awesome result.

This mic is great. Well built , functions great, looks great. The mic options on the side make a stellar addition for my needs. The clip is built well and strong. Skip the others and do this.

Bought this portable mic for recordings with my pc. Clip is too small to attach to the monitor so I just use it as a stand. Wish the USB cord was longer. Great recording quality.

Perfect little microphone!

I saw this in a store and it doesn't look large enough to deliver fine sound, but it does. It comes with recording software on CD-R but you don't have to use it; Windows (XP) noticed the connection instantly and the open-source Audacity recording software was instantly ready for me to select it instead of my balky "lollipop" mike. It comes with a manual oriented to Windows and Apple users but also with musicians' insight, but you don't have to read it. It delivers full range, meaning you don't have to use software to amplify it (and the background noise) after recording. It's got a switch to select one-directional versus omni-directional, an LED, tiny little stand, carrying case, a couple of random connectors--they seem to have thought of everything. It's perfect for putting narration on the web. The only possible negative is a positive: It's sensitive enough to pick up the fans in my PC and refrigerator. It's amazing that Walmart has become the best place to buy computer attachments.

I do voiceovers for Fiverr and I was using a headset mic. My clients said that they heard a buzzing sound and that my work didn't come out as professional as it should. I switched to this mic and everything changed. My clients really enjoy my work now and I'm making more money. The headset mic picked up ALL the background noise and had a terrible buzzing. With this mic, I can switch it to cardioid (switch all the way up) and there's no background noise and no buzzing at all. And it was such a great price too. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.
