Samsonite Freeform 21" Hardside Spinner

I purchased a less expensive suitcase and it began to come apart. So I decided to go with the best name in luggage as far as I was concerned - Samsonite. Yes, it was more expensive but you can tell it is better made from the moment you unpack it from the delivery box. I have also ordered a larger Samsonite so that we only have to take one suitcase when my husband and I travel. At our ages, being able to stand upright and not drag a heavy piece of luggage is a real positive. This is a very easy piece to travel with.

I bought this luggage to use as a carry-on for a 5 day trip. I fit everything in with extra room. It was easy to use, easy to maneuver, and I am very happy with this purchase!

It came locked and not to the preset factory combo of 0-0-0. To make matters worse the reset button got stuck first in the depressed position and now it won't press down at all. Neither was helpful in trying to reset the combo. So now I have a suitcase that won't open and the nearest samsonite repair shop is 31 miles away. *sigh* I just hope this problem doesn't repeat itself while I am using the suitcase overseas.
