Very well made and flexible system for hitting the road with a minimum of fuss and bother. My first one - for 15" laptops - has over 500,000 miles on it over 5 years. They are both well made and I found the first one to be very convenient for traveling, though it barely fit in come of the CRJ planes overhead area, when full. Plenty of room to carry a multitude of documents, a change of clothes as well as your laptop - now my 17" can travel with me. My only complaint is that the wheels are captive and when one on my old bag died, I found that, the bag needed to be taken apart to replace it. My new bag seems to have the same issue. Not that I diddn't abuse the wheels on my old one - using it like a handtruck to carry some very heavy bags, before one wheel died. Overall, I like it a lot better than the other cheaper bags that are out there, as well as most of the much more expensive ones available, which seem to be made of the same material.

I was so excited to get this as I travel and have to take files and a computer with me. It contained a separate carry-on that you could pick up out of the big case to hold just your laptop. I used it three days and the side seam completely gave way and ripped down the entire side. Totally upset something so exprensive made so cheaply. Disappointed in the large case as well, the pull out handle sticks and won't open all the way without a huge tug on it. Did I just get a lemon? With the Samsonite name I thought I was gettting better quality than the no name brand I've been using and abusing for three years!! Too bad I gave it away, or I would be sending this one back.
