I purchased what i believed to be a new phone unlocked to any carrier. I received a used scratched phone that only works to talk. Cant receive pictures in text. Internet doesnt work. Very dissatisfied. Cant return because due to medical issue i must have a phone and can't afford to buy another.

This phone is horrible. The screen goes light %26 dark at random times. The messaging app closes out right in the middle of typing a text. You cant use the phone while its charging. The only way to turn off or restart the phone is to go into settings. It does take really good pics which is the only positive thing Ive found.

The phone was not in the working condition as mentioned in the description. I'm very disappointed because it did t even last 2 weeks.

The phone had no protective plastic to cover the screen, their is small bits of fuzz at the bottom of the screen in the cracks, and it did not come with a manual for the phone.

this seller is dumping bronen and used phones. when it arrives. seller gets money either way. you get refund after driving to store. Walmart take the hit for return. Nefarious Seller using policy against us. When caught changes seller store name.. screens arrive broke. only good review is sellers.

for being cheaper than buying with your carrier it works the way it should

I love the Samsung 128GB 5G phone. It s lightweight and powerful even though it is 2020 model.

i purchased this phone as a Christmas gift. the phone arrived as described %26 looked brand new! that's where the good bits end... the phone was not properly unlocked or factory reset, so i can not activate the device. i tried to message the seller who would not respond to me. Walmart has been useless as the item is no longer within their return window. now I've got a $200 paperweight. this has been an all-around horror of an experience. I've had great luck with other purchase platforms (named after the largest river in the world) with them being helpful for MONTHS after purchase. if i were you, i would not purchase anything from this seller. i personally will never buy anything that isn't consumable from Walmart.com EVER again.
