I purchased what i believed to be a new phone unlocked to any carrier. I received a used scratched phone that only works to talk. Cant receive pictures in text. Internet doesnt work. Very dissatisfied. Cant return because due to medical issue i must have a phone and can't afford to buy another.

This phone is horrible. The screen goes light %26 dark at random times. The messaging app closes out right in the middle of typing a text. You cant use the phone while its charging. The only way to turn off or restart the phone is to go into settings. It does take really good pics which is the only positive thing Ive found.

The phone was not in the working condition as mentioned in the description. I'm very disappointed because it did t even last 2 weeks.

The phone had no protective plastic to cover the screen, their is small bits of fuzz at the bottom of the screen in the cracks, and it did not come with a manual for the phone.

this seller is dumping bronen and used phones. when it arrives. seller gets money either way. you get refund after driving to store. Walmart take the hit for return. Nefarious Seller using policy against us. When caught changes seller store name.. screens arrive broke. only good review is sellers.
