Samsung DW60R2014US 52 dBA Stainless Steel Front Control Built-In Dishwasher

Good dishwasher. My only complaint is the layout of the racks. the flatware tray is a blocky rectangle which fits either in the center of the lower rack, or at the front/center of the lower rack. In either case it makes it harder to load dishes around it. The flatware tray placement limits the number of larger items i can place around it. It's just an inefficient design, and requires more loads, with fewer items than my previous Dishwasher (also a Samsung) My previous dishwasher had a long rectangular flatware tray which fit on either side of the lower rack, leaving more space for placing other items.

Frustrating and impossible! I cannot figure out how to load the dishwasher. The rotary arm does not allow large dishes in the top rack, the utensil basket is inconveniently shaped and placed, and large pots and pans do not fit. I cannot access the user manual because your website is impossible to use. I am not computer savvy enough to wade through the morass on the site. I was forced to buy this particular model for lack of space where my old dishwasher fit. Not only will I never buy a Samsung again, I will discourage family and friends as well.

Leaks around the door seal. Very loud. Apparently this dishwasher has been leaking since first installed. We didn't know until it came up between the flooring.

Found this stellar product awkwardly installed by a flipper. Piece of crap. 2-1/2 hours to run a load?
