[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put the new washer and dryer upstairs, next to our kitchen. Was a little worried about them being too loud, but that has not been an issue at all. The washing machine has been great and has some additional settngs that makes it easy to choose what type of wash you want to do. The numerous cycles make it easy to use and have never had any issues with space in the washing machine.
This product fits perfectly into my 1970s home. The space I have for my washer and dryer is small, so when I decided to shop for a pair, it was hard to find a set that met the specifications I needed. This washer is only 23.6 inches wide, making it a perfect fit along with the dryer for the location it needed to go. The capacity of this washer is small, but perfect for a one or two person family. I like the cycle selection, with an ECO cold setting for using cold water only. I often use it instead of the other setting. I also like that it has a "self-cleaning" mode. I've not had any problems with its performance. My cloths are cleaned and smell fresh. The AI technology is helpful because it tells me when my laundry is done from anywhere I happen to be. I highly recommend the pair.
Fantastic and mighty! Don't let the compact size fool you - this machine holds a KING SIZE quilt and shams. It washes beautifully. Every time. Samsung is the best in quality and features. Every time.
We bought this set to replace another when the washer quit spinning. I never minded doing laundry, but with this Samsung washer and dryer, I actually look forward to doing laundry. I like the notifications when a wash or dry cycle is completed. I also love that it measures the amount of electricity that they use. They don't use much. With a 1400 rpm spin cycle on the washer, the clothes don't require a lot of dry time...thus the savings on energy.
This is a fantastic washer. Everything is well designed and it holds a surprisingly large amount of clothes. We use it to wash extremely muddy clothes almost daily and everything comes out clean without issue, every time. There's not too much noise while it's running aside from the last 4-5 minutes, which is the last spin cycle. Even at its worst it's not as bad as other washers I've used. That said, it's certainly not a quiet washer — especially when the spin cycle is set to medium or higher. Arguably the loudest thing about the washer is the little song it sings when it's done. I'm pretty sure you can hear it from outside our house. We mostly use the normal and towel washes, but there's a ton of other options including a setting specifically for wool and several steam settings. Normal wash + towel wash work really well, and the noise of the faster spin cycles are worth it when it comes time to dry. Everything's well wrung out and ready for the dryer. I'd definitely check that it's well leveled and keep the top of the washer empty, especially if you're going to use the more powerful spin cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mÿ Samsung washing machine is works great. I especially like all of the different cycles.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and highly recommended and satisfactory
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has performed well. It isn't the same as my Samsung that I had previously. Change washers due to different locations and constraints
I received TWO of these and neither worked -- didn't finish cycles. HUGE pain and weeks of stress. I would avoid this unit and get a GE or LG instead.
