I have switched over to powder but it seems I need to add it into the drum directly instead of a dispenser. That is my only downside and recommendation for future models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my washer and dryer along with pedestals! I am in love with this set! So far I tried washing my bed sheets and they came out super clean in only 28 minutes! The dryer was super quick and took only 30 minutes! Just to clarify, I have queen size bed sheets and I was able to fit both comforters and my bed sheets inside of the washing machine without any problems.

Anyone else experiencing the auto detergent dispenser filling up with water? The washer is 2 years old and all of a sudden the auto dispenser detergent side is filling up with water randomly. It dilutes the detergent and completely fills up. I have to dump it all out (wasting detergent) and then after a few washes it fills up again. I cleaned per the instructions and it's still a problem. Also, I feel there should be more personalization options. Let us determine which cycles to show and create custom cycles from scratch, not from your baselines.

Stay away from this washer! Stopped working after only four months. Samsung came out and was unable to fix it. Took forever to get them out and then months more to get a replacement. When installing the replacement, installers caused a plumbing leak and Samsung refused to reimburse for the repairs to damage THEY CAUSED. Machine seems to be junk after detergent dispenser just arbitrarily failed. If that's not enough, Samsung service is the absolute worst. Impossible to get through, not helpful, no appeals process, and little regard for the customer.

Broke down just after a year with draining issues.
