It is easily cleaned and doesn't leave streaks at all. The preheating is simple and fast. The ergonomics and interface of the oven are wonderful.

The oven is very nice with an LED light that lights up the entire oven. The oven heats up quickly also and I love how the timer plays an alarm that will get your attention, not just make a beeping noise. This over is well worth the money spent!

I love that it connects to my cellphone through an app so I get a notification when it is ready. Food comes out evenly prepared! Not to mention the design is sleek!

We purchased this recently after our nearly 15 year Samsung “expired”. It looks very nice, however the quality is not as great as our former stove. Little things like the settings are not as fluid, like it takes longer to increase the temp when preheating. Not a deal breaker, just noting it. The biggest issue we have is that the front metal pane behind the handle gets very hot when cooking is happening. This is an issue with small children. The old one did not do this. Otherwise works well and as expected for an opening price point product.

This smoothtop has a very poor quality, it scratched easy and fast, the Knobs are cracked and desintegrating, it does not cook evenly, There are no replacement Knobs that fit, the Knobs recall is for the one that brings the knobs in the front. I had registered the appliances when I bought the home brand new 3 years ago, but their website does not show it. I have had different brands of smoothtop stoves for over 38 years, in my experience Samsung is the worse one! within the first year I had made a call to Samsung and they told me if it was related to ware and tear they would charge me $200 USD for coming.

Twice as long as my GE old oven it heated up quick to baking temperature with a bottom heat unit . And had a top one for broiling. The top glass always looks dirty need to clean ever day n only had it a month.

The worst stove I have ever bought. The Samsclub service and delivery was really good. The bad part is Samsung with the product. The oven already stopped working. I contact them and they send out the repair crew. They dont do anything. The dont even know how to fix anything. They just tell me to not open the door because the hot air escapes. I tell them I never open the door when my food is baking. I tell them it worked perfect when I bought it and months later it broke. It preheats perfectly then just drops, drops ,drops the temperature from 400 to 200. Your food or cookies will take forever to bake. Stay AWAY from this product.
