I returned the stove to the store. Your real ratings are a 2 ,not a 4. this stove is not worth buying. You dont say anywhere in your sales about it being an induction stove and to use it i have to go buy at least 500.00 worth of new cookware that will work with this stove.Lowes don't mention it either.. You have to go online and read instructions . i looked up reviews and most of the comments were " It's the worst stove i have ever had." the glass breaks right after the warranty is no good on it. Samsung needs to take trhis piece of junk off the market

Please save your money and do NOT buy this oven. It seemed amazing from the looks of it and how much it can do but it is absolutely horrible. The stove top is not durable at all the very first time I used it just making eggs in a pan it has permanent scratch marks and strange marks up under the glass and I was very careful knowing this is a brand new stove. The oven is the worst part. It will burn everything!!! Good luck following a recipe. You will have to adjust the temp and time for everything you make. You never know how it will turn out. Recipes I've been making for decades I have had to change around to work with this oven. It upsets me every time I try to cook. Please do not waste your money and just get a regular oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] loving our new 6.3cu flex duo range! we were able to replace 3 products in our kitchen with this one range! with the griddle and air fryer capabilities, and the flexibility of the 2 ovens it's been fun to play around with it the longer we have it. was super easy to connect to smart things but i do wish it was homekit compatible. overall the matte black is a clean design that elevates my kitchen. really happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the fact that the over provides multiple cooking options such as the optional split oven, air fryer, and convection oven. Air Fryer works as expected, but with more capacity than my countertop model so I can cook more as efficiently. The stove top is great, although the large burner puts off too much heat and requires moving pans to smaller burners for simmering or risking burning. Fortunately there are multiple burners of varying size to be able to move items around as needed. It is however really good for frying and keeping oil at the proper temperature. My only realy complaint is that the clock does not set itself after a power outage unlike the microwave, despite the fact that it is hooked up to my wifi. Would be great if the clock would reset itself since it is connected to the wifi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stove and I've n.I love it because there are no burners.It just wipes clean.I use the air fryer all the time .So convenient to just have it right there.No dragging out the smaller counter top air fryer.I also like the double oven.You can run the ovens at two different temps to bake two different things at the same time.It also looks very nice and fits in my kitchen well.My son said it looked like a robot.Lol

Within 4 months my burners only run on high heat. Two hours of effort to figure out how to leverage warranty. Do not recommend this. Can't remember another time I've had a major device fail so quickly.

Bought a Samsung range had it installed. At a camp while under construction 2 year later we moved in notice a odd smell. Had propane lines tested no leaks. Smell didn't go away. 3 years I turn off gas to stove smell is gone. Pond more investigation center burner was leaking called Samsung got the run around. Never will I buy another Samsung product

I agree with Caitlyn. I bought this range a month ago and don't like it. I do not advise you to purchase it. The features really did attract me. I thought I could use the top only oven to bake a pizza, biscuits, etc for my husband and me but the only feature for the top oven is the convection oven. Suppose I don't want to use the convection oven, but want to use the regular oven?! To use the air fryer I must remove the middle shelf! Really? The worst for me is the range top. The very first time I cooked on it, it got scratched. Now every time I cook, I have additional scratches. I've had a glass top before this one and it never got scratched. I've contacted Samsung only to be told that they would send a repair man for a cost to me. I was told that it is cosmetic and not covered by the warranty. I am very dissatisfied!

My gas stove is three years old and the mother board just went out for the third time!! I will never purchase another Samsung appliance or make a recommendation to anyone else to purchase Samsung appliances.

Anything I put in the top burns like the broil comes on. It bakes unevenly. The dual oven does not work. The Samsung service would charge to just look at it without repair. I will not buy another Samsung product. Very disappointed.
