I bought this monitor just a few weeks ago and it's worth every penny. Got my gaming PC & PS5 hooked up to it and couldn't be happier. When configured to your desired settings the quality is outstanding the colours are vibrant and because it's smart it functions as a very good Oled TV.

This screen is high quality and it looks really good and the response time on games is very impressive. I love the curve of the screen and how easy it is to read from this screen. Its perfect for gaming or just doing some work.

The 32" Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD) delivers exactly what you'd expect from a proper 4K panel. The HDR is excellent with deep blacks, punchy highlights, and real pop without looking artificial. This isn't a gaming monitor. It's a smart TV that can also be a gaming monitor. It's a great looking panel with amazing blacks and great contrast, but it constantly pops up annoying updates, is slow to start up, and has an annoying heads up display to you let you know you're in "gaming mode". This product could be greatly improved if the software would have more options to make a lot of it silent and out of the way unless the user specifically asks for it. A gaming monitor shouldn't be trying to be a television first - that should be a secondary feature.

I have Samsung TV 85" which works great with no issue whatsoever. this monitor on the other hand has lots of issues. even though it uses the same operating system as my 85-in Samsung TV, the processor cannot keep up with 120 HZ refresh rate or faster. after couple of minutes, the screen just shuts off for 5 seconds and then the processor throttles the frames down. updating the firmware did nothing. sometimes switching the input does not switch correctly. I had to disable the hdmi control because the monitor was constantly switching between the two inputs. none of this problem exist for their TV series. they really need to take this monitor off the market and re-evaluate it.
