[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks great in my kitchen, it holds everything I need it cools great and as far as I know, it's pretty efficient. I would like for the freezer to be configured just a little differently, the ergonomics are just a little difficult with it.

It's by far my favorite fridge I have had we love the ice/water as well as being able to operate from SmartThings app

Samsung has always been an active product line in our home so we couldn't say no to this 22 ft side by side. Just enough room to have the cool organization, the capacity is great despite it looking so small. Cooling is amazing fast, so easy to clean as well.

We were hesitant about ordering a refrigerator from Sam's Club on-line, but we glad we did. This counter depth side-by-side refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for. The interior is more than spacious for us and it is very quiet. Also, we love the flat doors without the handles. The delivery went smoothly. They let us know the day they will deliver, and on the day of delivery, they called us that they would be there in 15 minutes, which gave us time to remove everything from the old fridge. From the time they brought the fridge into the house, connect it to a water line, take all the plastic wrappings off, and made sure the new fridge was in its correct position, it was no more than 20 minutes max. These guys were very efficient and we were pleased that none of our food got spoiled. We will definitely purchase on-line from Sam's Club again.

Being able to hold all my soft drinks, and have them be cooled efficiently is everything I could have asked for. Plus, the beautiful look and feel in the kitchen? The energy efficient??? Finally, the easiness of opening and closing for myself and the kids is to die for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we started to use it we were amazed at how efficient and accurate the temperature controls were for the refrigerator and the freezer. It has also been helpful using the app, when my dad forgets to close the door and it beeps.

I do not like how the shelves are placed because I cannot fit anything to tall on the shelves and I can only fit a few items in the doors. I tried to move one of the shelves but then it left a shelf that is too small to be useful. But the fridge/freezer stopped working after about 6 months of getting it. It actually just happened today so I called to troubleshoot but I still have to see if unplugging it worked because that was the only thing that could be tried. A fridge should not be a computer if it cannot work properly. Wish me luck. Oh, and the seal to the fridge ripped at the corners because it hits itself?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a big fan of this kind of freezer. Recently I had an issue with the ice maker. It would just make noice all the time. It was so loud, I ended up pulling the cord removing all Food. I let all ice melt and magically it is working.
