Pic %26 sound are great, install not so much. Legs were tricky but the headache came having to enter too much info to get the TV to work. Worse than installing new computer. Too many useless features %26 I didn't like giving you my email address. Finally, was surprised to find that I had to use my Cox remote to have access to all functions. You should disclose this to consumers. Backward technology.

my TCL tv of eighteen months died. bad experience with Samsung prior and was reluctant. but this was a good buy. Fortunately, the wonderful cable guy hooked it up (NOT Jim Carrey.lol) and all is well.

good choice for our bedroom, did not need to mount i on the wall and we have a good size bedroom my wife likes the size and picture quality, one hint adjust the picture quality up for best quality pic.

just the right size for the space I had available. It replaced a no longer functional Samsung plasma TV. If you can't tell I've been sold on Samsung. The vast selection of Samsung channels I wasn't aware of when I bought it is great.

If you want the most bang for your buck this TV is for you. Excellent picture, sound and apps including HULU. This tv is also easy to set up, simple features to control sound, picture and other settings, FYI, my TV has a manufacturers date of 4-25 so these are current versions. If you are mounting this TV on the wall it's offset at the rear bottom so I had to buy a ONN 19-50” tilting wall mount that came with spacers and screws to perfectly mount this TV. This wall mount is available at Walmart for under $25.00. The remote layout is good as well. If this tv had Bluetooth connection it would be 100 percent perfect in my opinion. If you have a soundbar optical and HDMI will be your two choices. All in all I'm happy with purchase.

I have a 55" 2017 Samsung that I love. So I purchased this one knowing how they work. I love this TV and brand. I'm just waiting to be disappointed in that there will be a secret camera in it and divulging all my national secrets!! Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend Samsung, anything.

I bought two of these for an event. And both of the boxes were missing the screws to attach the feet. Walmart said contact the seller, for which they are only the conduit. Beach Camera hasn't replied yet.

The picture and features are fine but the sound in the lower registers is atrocious. It literally sounds like the bass speaker is blown. I cant listen to music or programs with dramatic music in the background. I'd return the tv but its already mounted. So sad.

Took almost 4 weeks to receive. Shipped from a Camera Business in Ohio. Received package in good condition. Plugged in turned on and the screen was cracked from the bottom left corner, and no picture...

i liked the fact that it was easy to set up. However, the screen has a vertical line imbedded in it I have tried,to no avail,getting it resolved through samsung technical support system. I need to return it but have inadvertently deleted forms and label I need. can you send those to me or assist with me getting them?
