Samsung 43" The Frame Customizable Bezel, Modern Beige

took around two months to receive. the 2021 teak bezel is a much darker color in-person, sort of a mid brown color. it was super easy to apply - snaps right on via magnets. the bezel also fit the tv perfectly. no issues there. samsung - please bring back the 2020 light beige color for the 2021 version!

it's advertised as a stylish wood (or very close to wood) bezel. unfortunately, it has a cheap plastic feel to it. exorbitant price for what it is. i ordered teak hoping it will be as shown in the picture. in reality it's darker than what the pictures show. kind of looks like a dirty beige color. fits well though and hence a few stars.

The quality of the picture is great. What is not disclosed is te frame purchased for the TV covers the eye control so the rotating pictures, when not in use shuts down. If the frame is removed, when not in use, the rotating pictures will continue to rotate every so many minutes. Defeats the purpose of a framed TV.

Terribly designed. Does not assemble well, and seems far too deep for the TV. Magnets are extremely weak, and the connector pieces are tiny with poor snap fits.

Bad product that doesn't fit snug and looks bad. I had my frame for a couple years before I bought the bezel. I actually purchased a TCL NXTVISION TV, which is their frame style TV, and it came with a free bezel. It was so easy to install and looked nice so it encouraged me to buy this bezel. What a waste of money. It actually looks worse than the TV because it's warped and doesn't fit snug on the corners. I'm an hour into trying to return this jumping through their online hoops and they still want me to pay a restocking fee for a terrible product. Do yourself a favor in the kids a different bezel. Or, better yet, if you haven't already bought the TV by a TCL instead. Much better product

cheap flimsy plastic attached with equally flimsy fasteners. making the corners look solid needs a lot of nudging and patience. to avoid fracturing the plastic, you'll need to remove it before moving the tv. from a distance it passes as wood, but this is not the samsung quality we've grown accustomed-to. worth maybe 25% of what they're charging.

Someone should investigate Samsung for this level of fraud. The audacity to charge this amount of money for such a cheap product is mind-blowing. The only thing worse might be that we all fell for it. If you haven't made this mistake yet, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To say this was a waste of my money is a massive understatement.

if you ordered the modern teak bezel expecting the color to be similar to what was called beige (2020) you're going to be disappointed as this cheek color frame is much darker and has a green/ gray hue to it. if hanging on a wall with other art that is natural or light wood frame including earlier samsung the frames in beige this teak frame doesnt blend in nor does it pop in a good way. also finding that some art doesnt look as good as it could b/c of the darker gray/green tone. bring back beige please. guess for now white is the only other option.
