This washer is a workhorse, my wife loves it. It is quiet and it spins the clothes until they only need light drying. When it finishes it plays a delightful little jingle to let us know it is done. Love it!

Would give zero stars if possible. Can't do a simple wash (two bath towels) without going berserk. Would literally thrash and crash so loud as if it were the apocalypse. Would always get the UB error, rearrange the two towels a dozen times. An entire 8 hrs would go by before it finally tires out and decides to rinse. Would take it out and smash it with a bat if possible.

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. No matter how carefully you balance or sort the clothes, there is always some kind of issue with the washer. The website constantly blocks you from requesting help by repeatedly asking you to sign in after clicking Live Chat, Support appliance type, and other buttons, only to be told to sign in again.

This washing machine is one of the worst I have ever encountered. You can barely fit two towels or a few light T-shirts inside. As soon as it starts spinning, it makes incredibly loud noises—so loud you'd think it's about to explode. You might as well sit back and relax because you'll be glued to it, worried it's going to blow apart at any moment. It's so bad that I feel like I'm risking my safety just by using it. Instead of making laundry easier, this model only causes stress and frustration. Interestingly, my friend has the same washer, and he's had to buy a new one because the bad experience . Honestly, I'd give this product a zero rating.😡 I Will not recommend for anyone.

I purchased a top loading washer two years ago. This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. It will almost never spin out our laundry. I can load one blanket and it still has trouble spinning it out. If I could afford a different brand I would buy one today.

I've had this washer for about 4 years. It is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever dealt with. From day one, I have constantly had issues with the load out of balance so it errors out. The worst part is when you get this error, the cycle starts all over again, creating more water and electricity usage! I can't even wash my towels or bedding without the machine not being able to balance out enough to spin. And, even though I am not washing heavy items, I still use the Heavy Duty or Bedding/Waterproof cycle and get the same result. Every single time, I have to rearrange the load and hold the washer in place or sit on it, just so it doesn't go off balance again - and sometimes THAT doesn't even work! Just today, I tried to wash one large towel and a super light blanket and it errored out 3 times, leaving me no choice but to pull the towels out literally soaking wet and put them in the dryer. I have had this washer for about five years. It is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever dealt with. It constantly has the load out of balance so it errors out. I tried to wash three small blanket tonight and never got them balanced enough to spin. I think there is a defect in the design that causes it to stay out of balance. I may get one load out of four that actually goes through the entire wash cycle without my rearranging the load. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a new washer to run from this model. I have also gotten no real help with service. They just read off a script and try to send a team out to work on it. The next person who comes out to look at this washer will be the one to haul it to the junk and bid it goodbye. I absolutely hate this machine!

Lasted three years and then the springs gave out and we learned it would cost as much to replace them as to get a new washer. We now have a made-in-USA Speed Queen, which was more expensive but has the old-school washer drum without the springs and a decent 5-year warranty as opposed to most these days with the 1-year.

After a couple of years it gives error code U6 unbalanced on EVERY SINGLE WASH. Have wasted so much water trying to move clothes around to balance evenly, but then washer starts again & clothes move & error code comes up again. I have never had this problem with any other brand of washing machine. And my machine is perfectly balanced on the floor. Beyond disappointed that this machine is made so poorly.
