[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely takes the time to accurately determine how long each load of laundry needs to be washed. You don't have to use that feature if you don't want to. It washed my dirtiest laundry for 4 hours one time. That was a bit much. But it's a great washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this washer! It cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has plenty of capacity for larger loads. The different wash settings are easy to use, and my clothes come out fresh and clean every time. It has made laundry much faster and more efficient. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking for a reliable machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the set for Black Friday. Absolutely love them. We have a big family and it really accommodates all of us. My favorite feature is that my phone alerts me when it's done. It also shows me all the usage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great machine clothes always come out clean. It's fairly fast and efficient. Always great when it's done it alerts my phone throught the app. Washes large blankets and other items well due to the capacity.
This Samsung was an excellent upgrade from our previous washer. It cleans very thoroughly and quickly. Also a very quiet design. Love the self cleaning feature also. The connectivity through the SmartThings app is very useful. Not only alerts phones on status and completion but has a pop up window on Samsung smart TVs. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer holds a lot of laundry at once. Clothes are always cleaned properly. The connection could be better. You have to turn smart mode on via the washer to be able to use it, even though you're connected through an app. The wash cycles are quick. All in all is a great washing machine. We're happy with it so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good product, it seems during risings( what I meant is taking off the liquid when the wash is complete) of clothing sometimes is not done properly. The detergent compartment doesn’t hold the soap or cloth refresher during the wash. It supposed to be released at required intervals. It supposed to be released at an appropriate time but it goes straight into the laundry clothes at the start of the wash which prevents the intended freshness at the end of the wash, I meant the nice breezes. Engineering needs to look into that to make sure required detergent are released at the appropriate time. Also powder detergent got stuck when placed into the detergent compartment . Not sure the water push pressure is not enough. Electrical consumption, honestly I don’t have an other brand of washing machine to compare with so I can’t comment on it. I will definitely give it 3 1/2 star
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front-load washer turns out to be a very efficient machine when it comes to electric and water usage. I've wondered at times if it was using enough water. The high speed spin nearly dries the washed load (which has a decent capacity) so the amount of electric the dryer needs to complete the drying cycle is greatly reduced. Had no issues with the initial setup and the connection to wi-fi. With regular cleaning, I've had no issues with bad odors, and the cleaning process is easy. FULL DISCLOSURE: I did have to have a unit replaced due to issues with self balancing, which caused a banging noise during the spin cycles. If I had a wish list item, it would be to have the option to adjust the volume on the tones and signals...and maybe change the 'song' it plays at the end of the cycle; it's rather lengthy. Yes, it can be disabled, but then there is no signal at all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer! I'm able to wash more than my old top load with agitator Clothes come out, clean and smelling fresh. I like that I'm able to use the app to connect with washer. See how much time I have left also start and stop for soaking for that extra clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to run the auto clean before every wash of darks if I don't want to have random spots on the fabrics, and typically have to run an additional rinse as well. Connectivity is nice, knowing when your clothes will be done, usually about an hour and a half each load. (Kind of a long time, don't you think?) Funnily enough, this isn't the first incentivized review Samsung has asked of me, but the last one I received no incentive. When I reached out (to 12 different agents over the course of two phone calls totaling four hours of my time), I was hung up on, transferred to phone lines no longer in service, as well as gaslit into being told that promotions like the one I was calling about were nonexistent within their company. Following this I've reached out via email. So what I'm basically saying, is that whether you like the stylish, yet mediocre products that are shilled, don't assume you'll be able to speak with anyone regarding any qualms you may have.
