SAMSUNG 50” Class LS03D The Frame QLED HDR QN50LS03DAFXZA 2024

The to was easy to install and fit on the wall bracket. Setting up for so easy, it picked up my sky box as well as the Xbox and fire stick. Some many features that I have yet to explore but from what I have used the user experience has been brilliant.

I have 3 other frame tvs and have never had an issue. This one has sound issues and the has a white bar that comes up every time I turn it on which appears to be an initialization defect. My poor review is for this specific tv. Not all frame tvs

Shipping was "delayed" by a week. The product finally says it was delivered, but it was NOT. Never received. Walmart is making it difficult to receive a refund. I'm very frustrated. I purchased this TV because it was supposed to be delivered quickly. After a week delay I still do not have the TV and Walmart will not issue a refund unless I wait another day. I've been told to wait twice now, how can I believe there will be a refund tomorrow? Meanwhile, this company has had my money for over a week and did not deliver a product.

I tried to purchase a "NON-SMART" TV multiple times and I kept getting agents who assured me that I was getting what I wanted; only to discover that I got exactly the OPPOSITE!!! I was also informed that Fed-Ex would have the return label upon pick-up and that they would even re-pack the TV. Unfortunately, all I got was a very nervous kid from Fed-Ex who did NOT have the label I needed; nor did he realize he was supposed to re-pack the TV to take back. WAL-MART agents don't know their heads from their rear-ends as they don't know what they're talking about and only make things more difficult for consumers and transporters in the end.
