The picture is amazing and to have all streaming services linked in one place, controlled by my phone as well as the magic remote is brilliant. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Binge, Youtube, AppleTV, Paramount+ and Disney+ subscriptions and having these at the click of a button via the magic remote is so convenient. The sound quality is stunning and movie quality especially on the AppleTV built in App. It’s made watching TV a much better experience in such a short space of time and now I’ve had HDR I can’t go back. Another good one to have - the previous remote from my Samsung TV just works on this one too without any setup. This is my 3rd Samsung TV bought in 2021 and all my previous ones are still working back from 10+ years.

The picture was not great at first until I found the function that ensures the highest quality picture, and then it was! I still would want a more complete startup instruction...basically it just had you turn it on and follow whatever it leads you. There are many options to add functionality, but little input on how to get there. Friends have said to go to the internet to get videos with better understanding

There is NO charger for the remote as stated in the paperwork that using a charger is an alternate way of charging the remote. Solar remote is only charging 48%, why not 100% ??? Paperwork doesn't state how you can get one either. However the TV has a great picture. Also, the seller DID NOT put an invoice of the sale in or on the outside of the box. For an item this expensive, I feel I should have gotten an invoice for Warranty purposes. As far as a rating, am I rating the TV or the Seller ??? I guess I rate the TV

I like that it is the same size as my last TV but it is complicated to set up (I prefer the old days of Plug and Play). The picture is not as good or natural as my Samsung Plasma 50" I did get it for a good price.

It brings a fuller entertainment experience with its bright colors especially watching videos on YouTube and watching animated series on Netflix. it's easy to set up and get started with what u want to watch or navigate with such as the internet.
