I recently purchased this and I am so impressed by the picture quality! It has an amazing display and the colors are so vivid and clear. The sound is also great - it's loud and clear. Setting up the TV was also a breeze - the Samsung app was easy to follow and it took me only a few minutes. Highly recommend! Five stars!
I love the TV! Not sure why there are any negative reviews, because the Tv is really nice. It has nice colors and graphics, and I enjoy all the features and smart TV apps. It also has a very nice sound system.
i love it great volume picture shows very good in HD connections are very easy i have a Samsung phone so it worked out 🥰
This is our 3rd Samsung TV in 12 months. We are switching all of them out because of the quality picture, ease of use, and because Samsung TV Plus come with for free providing 200 channels at no cost.
I just bought the 50" version of this TV yesterday. I really like the Color and picture processing at every Ott platform in this TV. Sound is decent good.(audio could have been smoother)..Airplay screen mirroring with ipad works well. Processor seems good but missing "Dolby Vision". That 'ultra crystal glass' like finish of the pictute is less(Toshiba C350 had that bcz of Dolby vision, although that had older slow OS). Pros: 1.Colour contrast is very good. 2.Viewing angles are very nice(best). 3.Fast responsive OS(Tizen OS is better than LG WebOS,I think.) 4.Judder reduction is there.. 5.Filmmaker mode is nice. Cons: 1.Dolby Vision is missing..Although HDR10 is really good, but still that difference is felt like Super AMOLED vs standard LED in smartphones. 2.Picture is bright, contrasty which looks stunning 90/100 times yet very few times it has a cost in producing sharpest color. Sharpness could have been a little notch better.
We love this TV for the price. but .... there are streaks on the screen that are visible if you come closer. we chose to leave it and enjoy until we buy something more expensive and better in quality
The tv was left on our walkway facing the street/curb in original box for anyone to see and take. There was room on our porch to leave it even with another box delivered on porch. I don't know why it would be delivered in that location so carelessly. I also wasn't notified of delivery and just happened to see it.
Had so many issues with this purchase. Tv got here damaged . Called online customer service and they put me on hold for 29 minutes only to hang up on me. Called back and waited 17 for a supervisor and he couldn't do anything about it. So walmart has 600.00 on hold to refund. 300 for the damaged TV and 300 for the replacement that apparently walmart thought was a fraud? And this is after I had purchased a TV from you a few days before. I guess customers cannot buy multiple tv's without walmart thinking were doing fraud. Unheard of!
I ordered a 50 inch version of this TV, it felt a little small so I measured it across and it was 43 inches. I bought the warranty as well, so we want the right size sent over please.
Had the tv 2 months and turned on twice, on the 3rd time black screen. Could hear sound but no screen. Ridiculous! And the return policy is only 15 days!
