[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer that I have ever used. It is WiFi enabled. The black stainless steel is absolutely gorgeous. It has several settings from cold water clear to extra hot. The spin cycle is great. The close come out almost dry. When it is finished washing, I get a notification on my phone., which is perfect for when I am upstairs. I am 61 years old, I have used a lot of washers in my day, none of them have come close to being as great as this onel. I have already recommended this washer to family and friends. I would urge you to definitely buy this one. It is quite and energy efficient. I would run to the store to bring this washer home.

Smart Dial Electric Dryer with Super Speed Dry (WF50A8800AV & DVE50A8800V). When it first arrived I felt like I had just received a laundry set from the future. Once I hit the power button, the machine clearly explained the set up and various features. I truly love the different modes for different loads. Especially the bedding mode. I love the steam sanitizer feature most of all. Our clothes and linens feel just, if not better than when we first purchased them! Everything comes out so soft and fresh. I feel like i have never had real clean clothes until NOW. I am amazed at the fact that I can control my both washer and dryer from my alexa device, phone or from the washer alone. The dryer has a inner stand that I am able to place tennis shoes on. The washer and dryer both have a nice sleek and slim design! The both hold double what my old machines could hold. Its like doing laundry at a luxurious laundromat. So worth the money. A

Really appreciate the wifi connectivity that allows me to know when the laundry is done without having to be at home or inside of the house to hear it go off. The integration with the Samsung Smart Things application thats is already on my phone is nice, especially since, i didn't have to download any new apps. The washer also has a area in it that you can fill with laundry detergent and fabric softener that will be deposited into the load when needed and doesn't have to be filled every time you're going to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this washer beautiful and sleek, it is really easy to use and has a very large capacity of 5.0 cu. ft. We have thrown a lot of dirty clothes in this Samsung washer and it really does a fantastic job of getting them clean. It uses the OptiWash feature to sense the soil level of our laundry and it adjusts the wash accordingly. It also takes a lot less time than any other washer I've used. Immediately after it was installed, I was able to add the washer to the SmartThings app on my phone. So, I can change the settings and monitor the cycle status remotely. Many front-loading washers have the problem of smelling bad after extended use. Not the Samsung. This model includes CleanGuard which means that it comes with antimicrobial technology so it always smells fresh. Another feature I love is that it only uses the amount of detergent that it needs no matter how much we load into the detergent drawer. We can pour several loads worth of detergent at once and not worry about it for a while. There's also a steam feature that removes stains. Finally, my family and I can't believe how quite it is, but how cool the tone song sounds when a load of laundry is complete. Well done Samsung!

this is the samsumg flagship washer and should have every conceivable feature they can dream up. overall it does, but it's the little things that nag. first, the done chime is obnoxiously loud and persistent and cannot be changed. they need to provide a selection of sounds under options. second, it's kind of hard to tell if the device is powered or not. you have to hold your finger on the power icon, and it will go on after a few seconds. but it feel like... maybe, it's not going to go on. what i don't get is why my stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher all have persistent lit of displays, but this washer i have to explicity touch the power button to have the display come on? they need an option for an "always on display" so it's ready to go when you walk in the laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about 3 months ago to replace the one I bought the month before. The first machine broke after using for a week. The very nice repairman informed me that Samsung was sorry and it was not fixable. I needed to replace. That process is another story. I found this one in stock at a local appliance store. I wanted it to match the new dryer we had also purchased for our new house. The first one made VERY loud noises while spinning. The new one also was very loud during spin cycle. It didn't seem like both machines could break within first week, so I continued to use it. The machine is very heavy and sits on a base. It did not move during spin cycle, but it started to squeak and the drum looked like it was off when turning. Another service call confirmed the noise was not normal. Turned out a cover inside the machine had come loose because the wrong type of screw was used to secure it. Easy fix and now works fine. It is still loud when spinning, but maybe I was just fortunate to have a quiet machine at my last house. Price-wise, it was less expensive than most other comparable machines, so I guess you get what you pay for. As far as cleaning, the clothes bunch easily. I'm not sure it cleans as well as it should.

I was so excited to buy the washer and dryer with smart features. The product description says remote start.... but is only remote if you select a cycle and walk down to the appliance and manually push the start button. It is the same on washer and dryer.
