It is also very easy to use even from a far through the app. The washer is also very efficient as it has multiple settings. Washer also has multiple speeds and time settings. Although I haven’t used the steam settings I’ve heard great things and will be using it soon.

The wifi features remain the same as our last samsung. The capacity is enough for a large family. The efficiency is nice. Very quick. Haven't used a steam cycle yet. AI seems like a gimmick.

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.
