The super speed setting is awesome especially if your daughter really wants to wear her disney princess outfit she just got nasty. Full load in 28 minutes and they come out very dry. Its nice to look at its a shame mines in the basement. I'm still learning the smartthings feature. I definitely recommend its also very quiet compared to my last washer and dryer I had. I have not used the steam feature yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd enjoy a front load washer but this one just I can do my blankets in there I can do all my kids clothes and one load it's so huge it hooks up to my Samsung app and let me know when it's done come out looking great and even has like a 19 minute wash when I need stuff done super quick and the steam option is great for them stains and it never shakes like my old washes used to do to being overloaded!

We live on a farm and clothes get very dirty, ive never had an issue with clothes not coming clean. Holds large loads while cleaning them efficiently. I love that it connects to my phone and let's me know when my laundry is ready! It reminds me to come in and switch laundry over even if I am outside.

suspension rods door lock assembly, and error code DC comes on all the time. Haven't had the washer for two years. Call samsung before the warranty was up. They may be troubleshoot. It works when he wants to and they refused to fix it now the warranty is gone.

Avoid samsung washer and dryer. These have been the biggest headaches we have ever had. Bought them brand new a couple years ago. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. Now that the dryer is working, the washer is now out of service... drain pump failed. I wish we kept the old LGs ones that came with the house... save yourself the hassle and headache, no matter what sale is going on, DON'T DO IT!
