Even when using a washing machine and a hairdryer together, it's so quiet that it's hard to hear even when you go to bed. It's 5.0 cubic, but for some reason it feels bigger than other products. The washing time is also fast. The washing machines I used to use took over an hour and a half, but even after rinsing three times, it only takes about 50 minutes.

This washer is so quiet you can hardly hear it running. It holds huge loads, the capacity is amazing. I can wash all my clothes in half the amount of loads. This washer has steam technology and removes tough stains easily and first time. There is hardly no vibration during spin cycles, this unit is so quiet.

Only concern is somet with comforter, there doesn't seem to be enough water. Otherwise, this was a great buy. Love the voice status notifications as well as when it is time for cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front load washer is really big and can fit a lot of clothes in it. I love that I am able to connect to it via my SmartThings app and control it as well as delay it. It washes clothes very fast so I would say the speed is really good in about 20 minutes I'll have a full set of laundry washed. It has done a very great job at removing stains even when I don't use stain remover and it does not vibrate very hard even on its spin cycle.

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.
