Love the quality of picture and sound. It has the SmartView feature that my family loves. I do wish the remote control was rechargeable, but that's not a deal breaker. Awesome TV.
Better quality than I expected, i researched several different brands and found this had the option I was looking for I can easily operate the Smart TV from my phone the TV connected to my surround sound system quickly and my Blu ray player great picture quality
Yes Idid say smarvelous. I love this TV. We purchased another one 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the picture and the Samsung Tv plus I had to purchase anotger one!
Love it so far. Very clear.
Original price was $**** and I ordered. After one week you told it is out of stock. The same day you changed the price to $****. I purchased again with this price and I m waiting for delivery. As reminder for next time if you out of stock, don't post it.
I'm 84 so tech keeps changing and I don't. I called my daughter to set up the TV.
I'm enjoying this TV as it is my first "smart" TV. The pic is great and I can see those wide screen shots that I couldn't see before. I also enjoy the greater choice of programming which I didn't have when watching broadcast TV. I have a couple of concerns. One is that I can't get even all the channels on the broadcast (antenna) side of the TV. I'm using the same antenna, I just plugged the same connector in that I used for the old TV, but I cannot get any NBC channel. This means I can't see SNL LIVE on Saturday nights. I wonder if something in the TV is blocking it so that I must pay for Peacock to see it? Also, sometimes the interface seems a little slow or even non-responsive. It's like the TV freezes up and doesn't respond to the to the remote. Since I bought an extra remote, and it reacts the same with both, I'm pretty sure it's not that. It could be that my internet connection is slow (I have DSL way out in the country). We'll see when I get fiber hooked up in a few weeks. I really hope it isn't the TV.
I've purchased over a dozen Samsung smart tvs for multiple properties over the last few years. Unfortunately the rise of Samsung “content” has made navigation much more difficult and ease of use, well, not easy. They are valuing paid advertising over their owners. The tv buyer has become just another “captured user” forced to endure whatever junk they are pushing. Disappointing.
The remote is terrible, it's complicated to use. It was not a good value. I thought it was on clearance, but you go to the store, and a very similar TV that's larger is $100 less so I feel like I've got a terrible value I feel like I got misled
the item was suppose to arrive on ****. received a text stating there is a delay. tried to call to pick a new date for delivery or pick up at the store. took a good hour going in circles with the A I! finally found an actual number to call. when i did call the representative was very nice. tried to arrange pick up at the store....but the closest store had none in stock. tried to arrange a new delivery date. was told can't do that.. delivery is up to the trucking company that is making the delivery. the item is for an 88 yr old. i need to have someone at the home to help get it into the house. not very helpful!
