Samsung 55" Class 4K (2160p) Smart LED TV (UN55DU7200B)

The picture is a beautiful picture! You feel like your in the movie or show your watching; it's like it's 4D! The sound is pretty great too. Loud and clear! Well worth the money. The only thing I dislike is the remote. You can't see it at night time, it doesn't light up. Other than that, it's an incredible tv!!!

This TV is fire! I didn’t even know what I was buying just looking for a 55” flat screen. I like to game and the quality on this tv is crazy. It has an automated game mode so when you turn on your console it automatically turns on the tv and adjusts the picture to make it look better. It’s got Bluetooth and screen sharing this thing is a beast!!!

I’ve bought a ton of the cheap off brand TVs and it always ends the same. They go out in some form within 6 months while the old Samsung I’ve had for years just keeps on ticking so I bought this one instead of another bs brand and I couldn’t be happier. Samsung quality and reliability for less than $500. If you buy this you won’t be disappointed.

I love the TV. The picture is crystal clear and the color is awesome so I am keeping it. However, the remote control is terrible. I would NOT have purchased this TV if I had seen the remote first. It is solid black. The buttons are tiny and hard to see because they are black as well. They are flat and almost even with the surface, with tiny, faint, white symbols to indicate their function. The volume is increased or lowered by pushing a button forward or backwards, but you have to find that information in the set up instructions which also have extremely tiny print. The same button mutes the sound when you push it down. The whole thing is 6 inches long, and measures 1-1/4 inch across the top and barely 1 inch across the bottom. The only easy thing to read on it is the bright white word SAMSUNG stamped at the bottom. I’m looking for a universal remote to take the place of this one and in the meantime I’m actually using my fire stick and it’s remote. I’ve bought only Samsung TVs for many years and have never before seen such a cheap looking, flimsy, and basic functioning remote with any of my previous purchases.

First, I’m a “cord cutter” and this smart tv is best suited for those wanting to save a buck. With OTA antenna, your base-line local news stations are vivid and worth the purchase. However, this tv is more suited for the cable, HDMI, streaming services (Hulu, Max, etc) where one would see the visual benefits.

I would return this tv today to Walmart if I could. CHEAP tv. Yes, I am now sure SAMSUNG tvs made for Walmart are not quality tvs, they are CHEAP. So bad, there was an adhesive sticker on the center of the tv screen which was impossible to remove. The adhesive is still adhered to the center of the 55" screen. How incompetent is the manufacturer? There is a red plastic tab sticking out at the bottom of the screen on the right side. I dont know what it is doing there, but you cannot remove this red tab sticking out the side. The remote is CHEAP. If you can, buy a quality tv elsewhere. I wish I would have. With that said, if Walmart would come to my home and put the tv back in the box and take it with them to the store, that would help. I paid $478 plus tax. Disappointed with SAMSUNG and Walmart.

The tv was fine for 7 months then out of no where we were watching it and the right side of the screen went multicolored then black. We dont even use the tv that much just occasionally at night. the tv was not hit or anything just hanging up high on the wall.

This 55 inch Samsung TV would not turn off from the very first time that I took it out of the box and set it up. I looked at videos on u tube and came to the conclusion that the tv had a bad mother board as was suggested in one of the self help videos.

Smart tv was delivered with a damaged screen. Delivery person on video camera was rough with the box and slammed it against the wall. Delivery person wasn’t even polite when I said thank you he just walked away and didn’t even ring the door bell. I wonder why they don’t put Styrofoam on top of the screen to protect it from damage and don’t and fragile.

Horrible picture. The color was off. Couldn't turn the TV off - it kept coming back on. There was a gray spot in some pictures. Had a horrible time returning it. They wouldn't put it back on our PayPal. Tried to buy another TV, which we have paid for but they said it has to be delivered by a third party tomorrow. Steer clear of their prime days. TV was awful and service was worse. My husband is buying the one, exactly the one we ordered that they say a third party will deliver. He has to call and cancel that order and we have yet to see how that refund will work.
