Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD U8000FB 4K Smart TV - UN55U8000FBXZA

Good TV ... I personally have yet to ever find TV with good quality sound always in need of a home theater system... you would think they could at least install a high quality sound bar speaker system onto a TV with our technology I can't see why they can't make that a thing and keep them just as equally as thin in size for the TV including a high quality sound bar speakers system... but I didn't expect it to have high quality sound as no TV seems to ever so outside of the realm of sound quality ... It's A Really Good TV!

I have 3 samsung TV’s 2-65” and now this 55” . They are the best on the market to me because of the performance. The crystal uhd may not be the top of the line for samsung but they have beautiful pictures. I replaced the 55” with a 50” sharp roku that I have had for many years but I am glad I did. I normally order electronics from Best Buy and as a Total Tech member, have always been afforded free installation. However, BB in all their benevolent wisdom changed their policy regarding TV installations. I needed to replace a 55” Samsung on my lanai to an existing wall mount. BB wanted to charge me $249 to install the new TV on the existing mount. I decided to check Walmart’s website and found the same TV at the same price with an installation fee of $75. I ordered the TV, it was delivered as promised and the installation was professionally done. The installer was very friendly and provided excellent service! Thank you very much!

Brand new 55" TV for only $378.00. I needed HDMI for console gaming. This TV is amazing for the price. Picture quality is so good you really don't care if it's not OLED. Gaming looks incredible and crystal clear 4k UHD. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and was glad Samsung offered a budget TV with amazing quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Very nice TV for the money, picture is good size of the picture is good, good color.. As far as the TVs remote, that has a lot to be desired. The remote itself is somewhat confusing to work with. After playing around with it for a while it does get somewhat familiar, but even then it’s kind of confusing as to far as setting it up with the remote. I think the app that you download for the TV, yeah add the TV to the app and that is somewhat a little bit easier to get from one input to the other. Outside of all this, the TV itself is great works great looks great perfect size for our house. The only thing is is they just gotta make the settings a little bit easier within T V. They need to put a better remote with this TV set. Make it a little bit more user-friendly.

Has a great picture but I was very disappointed that I had to spend hours online to try to find out why the volume wasn't working with the remote. Very frustrating for a t.v that costs almost $500.00, Finally, saw advice to use a universal remote. Popped in the batteries and was good to go.

At first I ordered one and it came broken in the box screen cracked and pixels were damaged so I took it back to a completely different store and I got the same different store same model TV crystal The price of the crystal UHD also matched the quality which was inexpensive as well and I do a lot of reviews and I don’t like to give bad ones, but this wasn’t unfortunate situation and I’m still not sure if we got everything canceled properly. The store couldn’t speak to the warranty. They said that was online so there were differences in the amount of the refunds I got at both source in but UHD 55 inch Samsung and it too was broken when I got it home in the box this is probably my seventh Samsung TV purchase and the highly suggested to my family and friends the quality and the quantity are unmatched for quality of Televisions! I will save for an LED. Because I can’t trust a Crystal UHD and watch for a version LED that matches the 55 inch replacement!!.

It was broken, the delivery person didn’t even get it out of her car, so my husband carried it inside. I am handicapped so I was no help. I placed the order on the 16 and it was delivered after 5 pm on the 17. So we waited till after church to open the box …..BROKEN I will be returning it on Wednesday when we have a vehicle big enough

My order was delayed by several days without any explanation. Then when it arrived (a flatscreen) the screen was completely broken. Returning it quickly required me to go into the store which was not ideal. And I was not able to exchange right away. The inability to exchange did make me consider going somewhere else to buy the new tv.

The Samsung TV I purchased had technical issues, and so did Samsung. Worse, there is no way to contact Samsung for help or to address the problems. There is a "Contact Us" option on Samsung's onscreen instructions, but nothing happens when I click it. There is no "Help" option available. If there had been, Samsung may have been able to resolve this issue without me having to the return the product. The Samsung Account set-up screen has an instruction to check email for a confirmation code, but no email with the code is ever sent. I tried this at least 10 times. I have wasted more than 3 hours installing and setting up the TV, which is worth more money than the TV is worth. By the way, I could not find a "Contact Us" option on the walmart.com website either.
