Took a chance on an open box item. Pleasantly surprised! Looked like a brand new item, just extra tape on the box. All accessories were still in original packaging and TV was in perfect condition. Could not be happier and will definitely check BeachCamera.com for my next purchase of anything electronic. #sweepstakes
I had been staring at this TV and wanting it for months before I actually bought it. The price was just more than what I wanted to spend on a TV. But I'm so glad I found this open box last year model at Beach! I was skeptical at first because the deal looked just too good to be true! But Beach's customer service was awesome and explained over the phone that they certify all their open box items and if I was missing something or unhappy in any way, I could send it back! But I didnt need to! Everything came in and was perfect. Thank you Beach for helping me get my awesome new TV without breaking my budget or having to compromise! #sweepstakes
We set this up as our primary family TV and everyone loves it. The picture is great for all content: SD, HD, 4K, SDR, and HDR. It's placed in a bright room, but the TV handles reflections so well that it's not an issue. We also bought a Samsung soundbar so that we could utilize Q-Symphony, my wife and kids are amazed at how immersive the sound is. #sweepstakes
I purchased this TV for our house that is under construction so I only took it out for a quick demo and to make sure it was working, since we are about a month and a half from closing. I honestly didn't want to put it back away! We have a 75" LG in our current family room area and the picture quality on the Samsung was so much better. I was concerned about giving up so much screen size but honestly the difference in picture quality more than makes up for it. I only had a little while to play with the art display mode but I think it will fit very well into the new living room aesthetic. Overall I am very pleased with the TV and the service and pricing from Beach Camera!
Took a chance on buying an "open box" item. Held my breath and had a great big exhale when it arrived and was exactly what I wanted. The box had been re-taped, but other than that, it was like a brand new item. All accessories, which had never been taken out of their original packaging. I was extremely happy with my BeachCamera.com purchase.
We installed this Samsung Frame TV in our Livingroom over our fireplace. Besides being a top-of-the-line 55" TV it displays artworks while not in use. This really brightens up our Livingroom. We placed the Connect box in the wall behind the TV so no wires are visible anywhere. I glad we found about this TV because I had not seen too much advertising about it. This is the best addition to our home in many years. Superb TV and the added facility of constant artworks in our Livingroom. #sweepstakes
Price was inline with nationally listed prices along with no shipping fees made it a good deal. Ordered and delivered within 3 days, 4 days sooner than listed, a surprise! Once mounted on the wall, hard part, TV started and performed well right out of the box.
Pros: Beautiful picture. Cons: Weak sound, needs ext. speakers. I tried my surround sound, but there were no sound connections other than optical which my system didn't have. I bought a converter, but the TV wanted to register my speakers and the brand wasn't part of the acceptable list, so pfft. Will try a bluetooth adapter. I plugged in a media player and the TV said it had detected a dehumidifier and I had to register it before it would be allowed to work. I had to lie and say yes to all its questions, but it worked. Two HDMIs max. USB inputs didn't work at all, but did serve as a power supply for the optical adapter which didn't work anyway. If you have peripheral equipment to work with the TV, best to check all the little things before you lay down that kind of money. If you are over 40 you have a long road learning curve. I'm 72 and I wish I had done more research.
Loved the TV but unfortunately a small section on the right came bulged out impacting the color and quality of the picture. My real issue is with Walmart using FedEx. The driver deliberately tried to not deliver my package, not coming to the front office (Friday), when the office was closed (Sunday) and the final delivery was supposed to be the next business day (Monday) but the driver attempted on Sunday. I had to call customer service multiple times-even though they told me the Sunday attempt was not supposed to happen and it would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't and they tried to send it to a distribution center at another town after calling to confirm delivery that morning. After yelling again it was delivered on Tuesday and broken-probably from all of the bouncing around in the truck. I had to haul it back to Walmart to return. I have had issues with FedEx before, use a different company.
Delivery from fedx was a day late. Supposed to sign for order, it was left in the path of steps to front door. Got everything hooked up and old tv out. Screen was busted. Had to take to store and get refund. Lady online was very nice. Lady at Clarksville customer service was rude. Got my refund with no issues. The tv seemed like a good choice and good buy. Bummed to go through all that ordeal. 2nd time ordering a tv that was damaged.
