I couldn't afford a quality tv at the regular retail price so when I saw the Black Friday deal then I knew that’s what I was spending my Xmas bonus on. Blanca was super sweet bringing it right on time in the afternoon and she was very gentle delivering the television. I appreciated how she took care of my delivery. The television works really well, takes a little getting used to considering I’m used to Vizio but you can’t beat the quality of a Sony or Samsung. Incredible performance and not regretting my purchase at all. :)

Great picture and sound, but bar is on the side, not on the bottom, so that was different. Worth the money. Would definitely buy again.

This TV seems aimed at the cord-cutter who wants the cable tv experience without the cable tv package. The Samsung Plus channels seem like cable and are similar programming. I wanted this for connecting my Apple TV hardware and it has the Apple TV app, but there is no obvious App Store that comes close to Apple. I think the included remote traveled here from the 20th century. Picture is just fine with very wide viewing angle.

The packaging and the product were already damaged, and for the sake of professionalism and quality service I don't think they should deliver a product that they have already noticed is damaged.

Sound could be better but over all great tv. Both of the leg stands were broken in the same spot and won’t clip in

Order the TV online after receiving the TV the screen was broke, so I simply returned it to the Walmart store and picked up another, which was good

I couldn't even turn on. TV was delivered broken. the screen was fully cracked. I am surprised Walmart doesn't even check on the item that they are shipping. we bought this item as part of black Friday sale. now the TV is priced higher than what we paid for so can't even exchange it. terrible experience

Walmart shipped the TV to me with a broke screen. Had FedEx pick it back up at my house and told me a new TV would be shipped to me. The TV never shipped so I called back into Walmart and they told me I would be receiving it by the next day. Never received it. Called back in and they told me it was canceled and that I would have to wait 10 days to get my refund. They took the money out of my account the day that I ordered it but I have to wait 10 days to get my refund for a TV that they shipped to me with a broken screen. Great business Walmart
