SAMSUNG 55" Class S95B OLED 4K Smart TV QN55S95BAFXZA 2022

This is a beautiful TV with a beautiful picture. Caution when moving it out of the box because it is so thin.

Beautiful picture, clear in various light conditions. It was easy to set up, delivery fast and to front door.

Seems pretty good . Beautiful picture. Haven't gotten used to it yet - not so good with computer stuff yet, Smart TV smarter than us so far.

Although I've only had the TV for 2 days, I like the overall picture and sound very much, and am glad that I bought this model. The only minor problem I've experienced is trying to master the accompanying remote control for the TV. I find that the use of the controls is not covered very well, and it isn't very intuitive.

The QN55S95BAFXZA has a few glitches: 1) TV wouldn't automatically update firmware over the web. Instead, I had to do the old USB update. 2) The remote stopped working and required a reset and repairing w/ TV. 3) Samsung Smart TV menus are difficult to change. Plus, they present shows that I'm not interested in or don't have a subscription for.

The TV is great and we like it. The delivery process was awful. We were given 5 different delivery times and days, causing us to miss several events and appointments as we waited fruitlessly for the drivers to show up. Tracking showed that for some reason the truck (which was 50 miles away from us) detoured 350 miles in the opposite direction. They did not notify us when the television was delivered until 5 minutes after they dropped it off and left. We had no opportunity to check the box before accepting it. Thankfully, the packing was good and the TV arrived with no damage. Not a process I would want to repeat, though.

I'm running into remote issues where a single click prompts several unexpected clicks. Like if I press right direction once, it moves 6 or more positions to the right. For a little bit I had an issue where I would turn the volume one position up, and it would turn it up 5 or so volume positions up, but it just fixed itself. Any solution to this? Can I just replace the remote by itself? Anyone know?

I can’t give this item an accurate rating since I only saw the screen for less than 10 minutes. During setup the screen went black and the tv would not respond to any commands from remote. Poke with Samsung tech and decided to return the item. I now have a Sony Bravia and am very happy thus far.

great quality TV all around and good time delivery. only thing is my new TV's remote doesn't work. ive tried troubleshooting, pairing/unpairing, charging for hours and still does not work. this remote onle is about $160

Just ridiculously hard to use. We all know TVs have advanced, but you shouldn’t need a degree it media studies in order to use it.
