We went with the 5.5 ft large capacity without an agitator so we could wash larger loads like our king size duvet cover. It's convenient si ce it connects to Samsung's smart things app. It thoroughly cleans anything I throw at it while staying efficient and getting g the job done quickly. The options available allow you to essentially customize any cycle you want or need. 10/10 one of the best purchases made in a while.

I haven't not had any issues with clothes tangling and that was my main concern since my specious washer caused a ton of tangling, especially with my jeans. Very efficient in removing pre treated stains.

Readjusting is a pain. I wish a physical manual was given to me. It's only available online. It works with smart things app witch is nice.

Worst washing machine I've ever owned. I have to keep moving items around or removing items so that it will spin dry. You cannot wash sweats or jeans with t shirts as this will cause the spin cycle to be unbalanced.
